Cont. of preceding

32. On positive, very faint if really present on negative. Near edge.
Not on negative, but stars of equal brightness as this is on positive do not show on this negative.

33. Brighter on positive. This appears to be real.
Marked in Bk 27156. Examined on B plates 16035, 9278, 8714, 27972, 13574, 16517, 19115. Seems a little brighter on 16035, difficult on account of its density. Star is certainly brighter on AM 1918 than AC 5343.
Var. No. 4
34. Appears slightly brighter on positive. This may be instrumental.

So many objects appear brighter on this positive than on the negative that it is somewhat confusing.

AC 5343

Object 33. See preceding page
New. This is -15 degrees 4842 18h 1m 31.8 -15 33.9 (1855) 9.0m
This is certainly variable and fainter on AC 5343 than on [[strikethrough]] AC [[/strikethrough]] AM 1448, AC 1730, AC 4923, AC 4986 or AM 1051.
Var. No. 4

A comparison of AC 5343 directly with AM 1051 shows the certain variability of the object. It may be of the Algol type.
Faint on AM 1436.

B 14038, 14083, 9852, 22007, 31805, 30643, 33702, 33658, 26115 examined. Star of about normal magnitude. Also on B 27972.

On B 16035, the star appears a little brighter than normal.
