Examination of several plates for variability of YY Cygni, recently named by Comm. Var. Stars Action Gesell.

Star too faint to appear upon the following AC plates

And too faint to appear on I 2556, 3778, 4338

These plates show that the star is really variable, with varying of about 0.7 mags. Must be red as the image is very faint for a star of 8.8 mag (DM)
