Dear Sir;

I have the honor to send you my report for the month of September 1891. The persons nominally assigned to me are as follows:

Mr. Hough, entering and poisoning the Mooney Collection. ^[[(Acc 25718)]]

Miss Latham, preparing the Copy for Dr. Abbott's Catalogue.

Mr. Sweeny, on the Chicago roll, mounting specimens and getting together material for this purpose.

Mr. Tracy, posting up my drawers of card catalogues on ethnology. Mr. Tracy left the department September 30th to become a teacher in a Deaf-mute college of Louisiana. This elevation was very pleasing to me as I am glad when any of my young men take a step higher.
