Dear Sir.

I take pleasure in sending you my report of the Department of Ethnology for the month of November, 1891.
 
The Curator's time is fully occupied with the detail and correspondence of his office. During the month he has attended the Board of Geographic names and has had two interviews with Mr. Wm. T. Baker. President of the World's Fair, with reference to the founding of a permanent museum in Chicago.
