The World's Fair roll is all that I could desire and all that I can work.  [[underlined in blue]] The museum roll could scarcely be more unsatisfactory if [[circled]] all [[/circled]] of them were to resign.  [[/underlined]]  I have had no aid in my office since July 1.  The young man from Johns Hopkins, after a very unsatisfactory service to me, resigned in the middle of the month.  In his
