Dr. G. Brown Goode, 3. I have never taken any box from storage without very much regretting that it ever went there. I am happy to assure you that I have derived a great deal of assistance from the gentlemen connected with the Bureau of Ethnology, especially Mr. Cushing, in identifying and labeling specimens. 2. The World's Fair work has been steadily progressing. I have lately sent you a detailed and minute report of every specimen and box intended for Chicago, showing that I have tried to keep a correct account of all that has been done, and to feel sure of occupying such space as might be assigned to me in the Exposition. You will find a detailed account of the accessions and specimens entered during the month. Very respectfully yours, [[signed]] O.T. Mason [[/signed]] Entries for November, 110 - from No. 165,425 to 165,535. Number of Specimens, 343.
