Mrs. S. H. Frank,
Little John Place
White Plains, N.Y.

My dear Mrs. Frank,-

How sorry I felt to have missed your visit last Saturday.

I expect your arm-chairs every minute. As soon as they reach us I will call up your husband's office in New York.

The cause of this delay is due to our Customs red tape, recent decisions having compelled us to a number of formalities and declarations, which made it impossible, in spite of my great desire, to forward you your things, but as mentioned above, I expect them now any minute.

I hope that you are enjoying good health and am looking forward to seeing you soon with your dear husband.

Pray believe me,
Sincerely yours,
