New York, January 14, 1921.

My dear Mr. Glaenzer:-

On the afternoon of January 27th, at 4.45 o'clock, at Mrs. Vincent Astor's house, 840 Fifth Avenue, the following artists are giving their services to us.

Madame Gilda Varesi,
Mr. E. Robert Schmitz,
Messrs. Gustave Tinlot, Rene Pollain and Lucien A. Schmit.

The sole work of our fund is to rebuild schools in France through the co-operation of American children. Some of these schools we are now building; in this, we have the sanction and co-operation of the New York City and State Education Boards. The whole work is under the direct aegis of the French Government.

Every penny of money so collected goes direct to France without any deduction for expenses; it is for the Working Fund that this concert is being held.

I hope very much to see you at this short concert and sincerely trust, my dear Mr. Glaenzer, that you will be able to come. I enclose two tickets and a stamped envelope. Will you please be so kind as to answer at your convenience?

Sincerely yours,
