When I tell you this subject should be discussed immediately, I say so because your proposition should be submitted to the Syndicate who has the matter in charge before building plans have been definitely adopted.

Mr. Jacques Gréber, who has been entrusted by the French Syndicate to find American co-operation, has sailed last Saturday, but has left in my hands the plans showing exactly the location which might answer your purpose. These are the plans I want you to examine. It is Mr. Gréber who told me that no time should be lost.

I will telephone you Monday morning, and you can then tell me if it is your desire to give this proposition your further consideration.
