Richard Delafield, President, National Park Bank, 214 Broadway, and now residing on West Lake Road, Tuxedo, N.Y., has bought the Private Dwelling at 16 East 64th St., New York for $115,000 for occupancy in December, this year. Harold C. Mathews living at 40 West 59th St., this city, has bought for $210,000 the Private Dwelling at 4 East 65th St. and will occupy on November 15, 1922.

Charles E. Culpeper of 357 West 29th Street, has bought for occupancy, April 1, 1923, the Private Dwelling at 138-40 East 54th Street. J.J.C. Humbert, Broker, now living at the St. Hubert Hotel, 120 West 57th St., has leased an apartment at 1160 - 5th Ave., for occupancy Dec. 1, 1922. These apartments lease at from $5,000 to $10,000. Edward H. Hart, V.P., United States Rubber Co., Broadway & 58th St., residence, 114 East 84th Street, has bought an Apartment at 943 Lexington Ave. Will occupy October 1st, 1923.
