New York City NY
Gentlemen,
We have an [[underline]] original 15 Century oil [[/underline]] painting, (musical Subject) in elegant state of preservation and beautiful execution, painted on Burlap, and in old frame. It was bequeathed by my Mother in law Mrs Ellen Wood, to my wife and her sister (co-jointly) [[Same?]], is at the house of my Sister in law Mrs V. J. Barnaby 172 Elm Ave: Mount Vernon NY. And can be seen at any time. We derive our information that said picture is a [[underline]] 15 Century [[/underline]] work, as one of the 3 figures is singing from a sheet of music with only 4 Bars instead of 5. And are informed by musicians that 4 Bar music was used till the latter part of the 15 century. Should you feel interested would be pleased to have you call as per above, and examine same, and make us your offer and I shall review.

Very Respectfully
