Jacques Seligmann & Co, inc.
Dear Sirs;
Our [[inserted]] tenant [[/inserted]] W. Eugene Meyer was telling me that you were restoring the fine family picture he has & I mentioned a "Murillo" I have here which I wish to dispose of + he said "Why don't you try Seligmann", so, all I know about the authenticity of the "Murillo" is that the Priest who sold it out of his church near Seville, Spain, said it was. I am sending you a Photo of it + I hope you will be interested enough to look at it when in the neighborhood -
Truly yours;
E.B. Whiting
