I am in receipt of your letter stating that Mr. Seligmann has accepted my offer of Four hundred and seventy-five thousand ($475,000.) dollars, as final payment for the five (5) tapestries purchased by Mrs. Hamilton Rice (Mrs. George D. Widener) in 1914.
