The originals are made of a greenish-black trap rock, and were found by Madison Bowles, in Rock Island County, Illinois. [[underline]]J. H. Rivett-Carnac, Allahabad, India.-[[/underline]] Collection from the Banda District, N.W. Provinces, India, consisting of flint and chalcedony nuclei, flakes, celts (chipped and ground), 1 cast of a grooved maul, and one half a pierced discoidal stone; 100 specs. A very good collection.
