[[image: black and white photograph of Russell Fabeaux Minton]] RUSSELL FABEAUX MINTON, B.S., "Shorty" Philadelphia, Pa. Omega Psi Phi, Kappa Pi, (Hon.) Here, fair chorines, is the winner of out beauty contest. And smart, too. We'd like to do a whole page on him but he's the head editor of this book and says, 'be economical' and as that means not to waste anything, we ought to stop here. However, you ought to know that he is a valued Y.M.C.A. wrestling and swimming instructor, and that he spent his early years in medical school as student instructor, assisting successively in P Chem, Physiology and Anatomy while the rest of us poor devils had to work. Then he--pshaw: Treasurer of Kappa Pi, (Hon.) and of Kappa Psi chapter, Omega Psi Phi, member Omega Executive Council, Penn State wrestling champion, etc., etc. So you see he has quite overcome a pair of abbreviated, parenthetical lower extremities. He is now headed to become an internist and specialize in diseases of children via Mercy Hospital, Philadelphia, and Vienna or France. A good scout! [[image: black and white photograph of Jocelyn Elizabeth Johnson Mitchell]] JOCELYN ELIZABETH JOHNSON MITCHELL, B.S., "Jack" New Haven, Conn. This is our only lady and yea we couldn't keep her all to ourselves, but after a hard fight over three and a half years had finally to share her with the 'faculty.' So we call her our romantic pragmatist. Jack went through high school at New Haven and then jumped to Fisk where her interests led her into the Tanner Art Club. Later on the "Hill" as a pre-medic she found time for dramatics. A year at Freedmen's will start her on the road to becoming a gynecologist in Washington. A rose from "Down East." [[end page]] [[start page]] [[image: black and white photograph of William Daniel Morman]] WILLIAM DANIEL MORMAN, B.S., Augusta, Ga. Kappa Alpha Psi Yassuh, hyar he is. The fast go-getter from Dixie. He came to us with high waters and an umbrella and still refuses to part with them. The umbrella, you see, is a sample of the kind he used to sell to the gullible in Atlantic City before the police were on. At Morehouse, Dan was president of the senior class. With us he has been faithful, steadfast and a good boy. He will interne at St. Louis Hospital and practice wherever the best field in the West seems to be. From Atlantic City, Ga. He ain't so dumb! [[image: black and white photograph of William David Morris]] WILLIAM DAVID MORRIS, "Bill" Charleston, W. Va. Alpha Phi Alpha Bill admits he is the most brilliant man in the class, so what more can we say? From an authority on tuberculosis during our sophomore year to a specialist on the "belly" in our senior year. "Bill" has shown marked progress in theorizing, even to proving Burbank wrong. However, we are looking forward for great things around Charleston when "Bill" finishes his interne year at Kansas City. Nervy! He is a "belly" expert.
