Trinidad, B.W.I.
Kappa Pi, (Hon.)

In Sancho, of the house of Lai, we have a touch of the East. His education and activities include many places and things, among them elementary school at Queen's Royal College, Trinidad, Howard and Columbia, then vice-president Kappa Pi, secretary International Friendship Club, member International House, (Howard), Chinese Student Club, (Washington D.C.) and Caribbean Club (Howard). Rupe prefers obstetrics and gynecology and will start practice in the far west, though in time he intends to go to Europe for study and then to China. A chase through our four years in the medical school comes from the historical pen of "Doc Sancho."

A carpet-bagger par excellence.

Georgetown, British Guiana
Uncover, and behold ye, the Sage of '29, our vice-president through three stormy years, our benefactor through the countless pamphlets and samples which he requested for us, and our orator on public occasions. When off duty Jemmott has spent his time as professor of English at Frelinghuysen, lecturing to the primary grades at Stevens School, across town, and expressing weighty opinions on race matters. He was educated at home, in Jamaica, and at De Witt Clinton before coming to Howard. He will practice in New York as a gynecologist and obstetrician and interne in a dairy.

What'd you say, kid?
The Epigramist, himself!

Tampa, Fla.
Chi Delta Mu, Kappa Pi (Hon.),
Kappa Mu (Hon.)

Here we have the Pride of Tampa, soon to go home a doctor, after a little stop on the way at St. Louis to be an interne. Tampa prepared him for Edward Water's in Jacksonville and they sent him to Howard, where his chief amusements seem to have been bulling Winter and making honorary scholastic societies, Kappa Mu on the Hill and Kappa Pi in medical school, of which he is corresponding secretary.

"Test-meal" Smith.

Galveston Tex.
Phi Beta Sigma

Yes, you'd think he was one of those western cowboys to come up behind him when he has on one of his sombreros. Brought 'em up from Texas where he used to run the steer around when not going to school in Galveston. He prefers an easier life, however, and so in '2 took a B.S. from Howard and later cast his lot here. "Ash Can" was business manager for Sigma in '24-'25. He will interne at Freedmen's and practice in Washington, with special attention to gynecology. His amiable temperament will aid him much in becoming a successful practitioner.

Our giant. Big and gentle.
