"These implements are well known to District Antiquarians. In my field work, covering a period of six years, I have found six---two at Bennings, two at Chain Bridge, and two at Analostan (Virginia shore at the point of Analstan island). One of the pieces so found is in the Smithsonian Institution. I know of many others having been found in this locality, so that it may be fairly said, this implement is [[underlined]]no[[/underlined]] rarity here, though somewhat unique."

He syas Dr. Reynolds found a beautuful specimen in the fields above Bennings.
