PHYLLIS: Bad Luck Joey Adams. New York Post (7/31/1980) 10/FEB/1981 PD confides that nothing she does turns out right: "For instance, there are my twins - one is 18 and the other is 20"...PD's husband came home one day and cried, "I saw that Johnny Davis downtown and he didn't even speak to me. I guess he thinks I'm not his equal." She said, "Why that stupid, brainless, conceited, moronic Johnny Davis -- you certainly are his equal."
