You've heard about those Health Clubs, haven't you?  You know pay 'em a stack of money and they put you in shape. I didn't know anything about this until about a year ago. Boy was I interested! I gave up hope back when I was 18 and the lady in Macy's sold me a tournaquet instead of a bra... said it was all she had in my size.
