The dip of center of blue muck (base) is fully 
5 ft. below exps,
In weathering [[image label]] a [[/image label]] gives a finely granular surface [[image label]] b [[/image label] -a surface ridged by little gullies up & down;  
[[image label]] c, [[/image label]] -a horizontally more or less stratified & laminated appearance,
[[image label]] d [[/image label]] - a fine gray surface.

(In second page) How to denote letters a,b,c,d to differentiate from rest of text when it's not differentiated in text itself? "c" is darker, and "d" has a dash, but "a" and "b" have no way to denote they are the corresponding labels to sketch.
