October 1, Monday. 
Went up on the hill with Art Rudy after school.
While going there I saw a family of Chipping Sparrows by Dohertys.
Art and I hunted through the wheat field but did not see any Horned Larks.  Found plenty of droppings and some small feathers.  Saw some small birds down
