Well, to return to the [[?]], before the work actually started in, a small German steamer [[?]] in sight and as she was willing to take the wreck in tow and could do every thing needed, our Capt. left all to the Germans and a smoother sea, and started on in his accustomed calm and manly way. He is a brick! I am feeling like a bird and hope that

you and yours are enjoying the best of all things - Give my best regards to all the boys including [[?W.M.]] if he is still on deck. God knows I hope he is.
