5 East 57th. St. New York, March 24th., 1947 Dear F-G: Thank you for your letter of March 17th., which I only received this morning. [[underlined]]TRIPTYCH[[/underlined]]: By now you must have found out that the photograph of the triptych was not annexed to your letter as you announced, so that I cannot answer you, the more so as the information you give me is so vague I am unable to cross check with reference books. I don't know the triptych "dit des Puget", or the book which Labande wrote, and your uncertainty about Plate 101 makes it, of course, impossible for me to locate. [[underlined]]TABLE: KRAEMER[[/underlined]]: Herein I am sending you the photograph of the table as per your request. [[underlined]]PISTOL[[/underlined]]: I am not in a position at present to answer you, and I would prefer to hear from you what you could suggest. [[underlined]]METTERNICH[[/underlined]]: The last letter I have from the Princess is dated August 5th., 1937, and the very last price she wrote at the time that she would accept was net to her.......$8,000. [[handwritten]]RI[[/handwritten]]
