5 East 57th. St.
New York, March 22nd., 1947

Dear Armand:

I am indeed obliged to you for your letter of March 13th., and for the promptness with which you sent the photograph I had asked for.

I hope you will not mind if I take the liberty of calling your attention to the absence of cardboard, which resulted in the photograph arriving crumpled. In this case, of course, it has no importance as it is just for my files.

In writing to Mr. Berges directly my intentions were good, as I didn't want to burden either you or F-G with such a trivial matter involving in no way the firm, but from your Rappel a l'ordre you leave no doubt in my mind that I was wrong.

With renewed thanks an affectionate thoughts,
Yours,
(Germain Seligman)
