Dear Claude:

Yesterday being Sunday I had at last an opportunity of going over the interesting group of books by Mireur which you were good enough to send on to me.

However, I find that there are several more volumes constituting the whole series. Namely Mireur writes himself in the introduction to his work that besides the volumes you sent and which only mention the artists who have appeared in different auctions he has also included a list of the

"Ventes Publiques par Rang de Date" and
"La Seconde par ordre Alphabetique des Vendeurs",

In others words he had three recordings:

a) by list of artists whose works sold at auction. (the only one I received)

b) a list of public auctions in chronological order.

c) the list of public auctions by alphabetical order of the sellers.
Therefore will you be good enough to order the necessary complementary volumes of this work by Mireur.

By the same token I would be much obliged if you could order the following books and magazines:

"Les Annales" - January 1952 - "Le destin du Moyen-Oriet" by General Catroux; also "La tragedie de Robert Schumann" by Bernard Gavoty.

"Les Annales" - February 1952 - "Une nouvelle legislature" by Paul Reynaud; also critical notes on "La valse des Toreadors" (Jean Arnouil's latest play) by Francis Ambrière.

"Esprit" - March 1952 - See "Sur la route vietnamienne" by Paul Mus, as well as the series of articles entitled "L'Experience travailliste"/

"Revue Politique et Parlementaire" [[some typing correction]] - February 1952 - "Une sera le second plan de modernisation et d'équipement?" by Pierre Mendès-France.

With anticipated thanks,

Affectionately,

Mademoiselle Claude Fulda
