Transcription Notes:
"Spathius exareolator" may be a misspelling of Spathius exarator. Also, "Aspilota mammillata" is probably Aspilota mamillata, and "Pychnocryptus peregrinator" is probably Pycnocryptus peregrinator. Not sure of correct way to transcribe the large bracketed notes and sideways text. -@mnathan
