Garden, 14 Clareville Rd., DU. as before.
[[underlined]] Halictus "smeathmanellus" [[/underlined]] (Irish form!) 1 [[male symbol]] & 1 [[female symbol]] both absolutely fresh: flying about [[underlined]] Campanula [[/underlined]] at 7 P.M. Never seen in garden or this district before!   [[underlined]] Vespa sylvestris [[/underlined]] 1 [[virgin female symbol]] seen on post.
[[underlined]] Mesoleius [[/underlined]]   at currant bush where many larvae of [[underlined]] Pt. ribesii [[/underlined]] !
[[underlined]] Lissonota [[/underlined]] - 1 [[female symbol]] at currant bush where Clearwing moth lives.
