Went by 3.10 P.M. bus to Blessington & walked via Glending to Athgarrett Ho. to see George & bring home car which he had taken out on Monday 2nd. Swept in "bottom" of Glending at S. end of channel, where in shelter & considerable number of Braconids; tried marsh at N end but cold & windy & nothing taken; finally swept some insects along old disused road E. of Athgarrett House.
