Dear Georges:

I have handed you the following memoranda with reference to the amendment to our contract dated July 1, 1949, which memoranda cover completely and in full your interest in certain items as represented in these pending cases:

Russell Henry Hitchcock
Kress Foundation

Fritz Nathan
Dr. Alejandro Pietri

As you know, I have made certain exceptions, as contrary to said amendment in two of these cases, instead of being limited to three, you are interested in four and in one instance, even in five items, which exceptions I was glad to take into consideration. This also applies to the memorandum in connection with the Kress Foundation, and I was also happy to suggest that the visit of Mr. Nathan Spingold should enter this category and that a memorandum be made thereof.

These memoranda have been established in accordance with the aforementioned contract and its amendments, but in no way bind this firm in its activities.

You also retain an interest in the following: that is, a partnership, namely:

#7238 Painting by Bonnard "Yellow Screen".... One-third share interest
#7353[[?]] Painting by Delaunay "Disks" .... One-tenth share interest
