Am I correct that there is inconsistent notion in column 5 and 6 of the first few rows of the page numbered 6? Sometimes the number is followed by the notation of [[underscore]] or [[/underscore]] and sometimes the number is preceded by the notation. Shouldn't they be the same? Which is preferable?
