July 15, 1935.

Mr. Leon Loeb,
Jacques Seligmann & Co., Inc.,
3 East 51st Street,
New York, N.Y.

Dear Mr. Loeb:

This will acknowledge your letter of July 1st, addressed for the attention of our President, with reference to space in your building in Paris.

Our representative at Paris has rather a long lease on his present premises and so far as we know would not be interested in any other space at this time.

Our treasurer, Mr. A. E. Davis, is abroad at the present time, calling on the various Royal representatives and we expect his return between the middle of August and the first of September.

We would suggest that the matter be marked ahead until then, at which time if you so desire, you may take it up wiht him direct.

Yours very truly,
[[?]]Hawy [[?]]
Secretary.
