Jacques Seligmann & Co., Inc.
3 East 51st Street
New York, N.Y.

Gentlemen:

Your letter dated July 1, 1935, addressed to the President of our Corporation, has been turned over to me, and interesting as your proposition sounds, it would be of little avail to us inasmuch as we do not have need for any such space in Paris at the present time.

We shall be glad, however, to keep your letter on file for future reference should the situation change and the occasion for use of any such facilities as you have to offer present itself.
Yours very truly
