Mr. Leon Loeb,
Jacques Seligmann & Co.,Inc.,
3 East 51st Street,
New York, N. Y.

Dear Mr. Loeb,

We have your letter of July 1st with reference to space being available in your building in Paris on the Rue de la Paix,

Since 1920 we have owned a large and pretentious building at 5 Cite Paradis, the entire facilities of which under existing conditions we are unable to use. We too would be interested in having one or two tenants for this building.

Moreover, we have a long lease on a building at 4 Rue Daunou in Paris which we would be very glad to sub-let on reasonable terms.

Consequently, you can readily understand that we are not interested in acquiring any additional space in Paris.

Cordially yours,
signed P. J. REILLY (Director)
