Mr. Leon Loeb,

3 East 51st Street,
New York, N. Y.

Dear Sir:

Our President, Mr. George H. Houston, has referred to me your letter addressed to him under date of July 1, 1935, with regard to available space in your building in Paris.

AT the present time we are represented in Paris by an agent who, of course, is necessarily his own judge of the space required and the location he desires for his offices.

I regret that under these circumstances, we can do nothing to avail ourselves of the offer you make.

Thanking you for bringing this to our attention, I am

Very truly yours,
