Ring-bill May 16, 1955
II

Squint seems to be due, very often, to lowering of upper eyelid. Pupil remains centered, so that the whole effect is often similar to an upward rolling of the eyeballs 3:07

During regurgitation M, the highest point of the body is the lower neck
[[image 1]]
[[arrow pointing downward]] Not exaggerated.

Many T's with bill completely closed.

Should mention, in connection with californicus, that the 3rd phase of the Ring-bill, when without tossing (or with very little tossing) is very high or high O (ie. very like O of californicus) 5:00

Bill, during regurgitation M, is often not noticeably open at all. Just looks thick. Mandibles slightly separated, absolutely parallel.

Now I tend to the theory that those U's with Squint are those in which the sex drive plays a part.

Lines on lower mandible during O (high)

Must stress the fact that when a pair perform redirected Ch toward one another, during a boundary dispute with another pair, the female often stands slightly behind the male and seems to be trying to burrow under his flanks.

Bob coming 6:07
