getation, ferns, bamboo, etc. See single Sooty Thrush alone. Then see pair Th. cyanocephala ✓✓40 2 ft up. Also alone. Then the cyanocephalas ✓✓47 1  j → thrush ✓2 118!!!  But then they move on again, leaving thrush alone. Then  Black ✓49 1 Diglossa Nocti?) j → thrush ✓✓120 2 !!! Then disappears again.

Then I see a single Plush-capped Finch✓41 1 ft up in bush. Silent. Definitely alone.

6:45 am. Not far from where Nocti heard Singing earlier this morning. Hear lots of Whitertart CXXVII Song not far downhill. NODWAH. (I.E. there probably is mutual inhibition of Song between Nocti and Whitestart.)

Then catch brief glimpse of Black Diglossa ✓112 low inside scrub. Definitely alone.

Sun is just reaching this area 6:50 am

Whitestarts are silent now. And I hear some Albi-type R's down hill. NODWAH. Stop. More Whitestart Song NODWAH. Stops.

6:59 am. Dense vegetation edge ravine. See single Bright✓43 Ruddy flycatching. Twittering R's. Apparently alone. 

7:05. A little further down road. See single ✓44 Local Yellowbelly 6 ft up scrub on side. Apparently alone. Also single Sooty Thrush alone. Then see single Green Toucanet alone 30 ft up USTF tree. 

Whitestarts CXXVII still Singing from time to time. Always NODWAH.

7:15 am. All sorts of complications! See large and, on the whole, highly integrated mixed flock in USTF in river ravin
