[[margin]] Cy Ater Gen [[/margin]] This area may be comparable to Nono (in the non-breeding season) in one respect. [[underlined]] Cys apparently tend to "fall out" of the "Diglossine Social Complex" when Aters are inconspicuous or absent. [[/underlined]]

[[margin]] Cy [[/margin]]  NOTE: This is well within area in which I have seen "usual" mixed flock on previous days. It is interesting, therefore, that the Cy(s) here did [[underlined]] not [[/underlined]] join the flock.

Going to work at last place visited yesterday, i.e. below San Juan, starting at ca. 9875 ft. Arrive 6:00 am. Getting light. Clear. Cool. 

Dawn chorus already started

[[underlined]] rufinuchas [[/underlined]] Singing 6:03. NODWAH. Overlapping thrush Songs apparently at random. Then shut up.

Walking down road. Hear some more [[underlined]] rufinucha [[/underlined]] Songs. NODWAH. Bird shuts up. A minute or so later, hear some [[underlined]] torquatus [[/underlined]] Song. NODWAH. Bird shuts up. rufinuchas resume NODWAH. But [[underlined]] rufinucha [[/underlined]] Songs seem to overlap Firebelly Songs at random.
