Mixed Diglossini, Mar. 23, 1966, II
[[circled]] 65 [[/circled]]

[[underlined]] grovuistatus [[/underlined]] Rfl's.

Then hear some Whitestart Song down hill. Brief. NODWAH Then there are several more bursts Whitestart Songs. All NODWAH. [[underlined]] rufinucha [[/underlined]] inverts one phrase, also NODWAH between Whitestart phrases.

6:13. Now Whitestart and [[underlined]] rufinucha [[/underlined]] are alternating quite a lot of phrases. Little or no overlaps.

Walking down hill. Still hear occasional [[underlined]] rufinucha [[/underlined]] and Whitestart Songs up wntil (at least) 6:53. Not overlapping. All NODWAH.

[[margin]] Albi [[/margin]] 7:10 am. 8875 ft. Near Albi R's up hill. This certainly is an individual I haven't heard before. All R's NODWAH. Stop. Then Whitestart Songs. NODWAH. Stops. Then Albi Sings again. NODWAH. Stops. Perfect!!!

[[margin]] Cy [[/margin]] 8:17 am. Ca. 9025 ft. See pair ^[[2 checkmarks]] of Cys and 1 ^[[checkmark]] Firebelly together in tree. Ranging 4-10 ft up. Both quiet. Cys utter "CN"s. Then Firebelly flies away. Cys do [[underlined]] not [[/underlined]] follow. Definitely alone. Then go off in another direction.

[[margin]] Albi Litti Cy [[/margin]] This is [[underlined]] exact [[/underlined]] same area where Albi [[female sign]] (and Litti) were seen with mixed flock yesterday! I.E. [[underlined]] Albi and Cy territories are at least partly overlapping here. [[/underlined]] But Albi certainly is neither visible nor audible now.

[[margin]] Albi Cy [[/margin]] I think that this is also exact same place where I have seen Cy(s) with mixed flock(s) some days ago. If so, it is interesting that both Albi and Cy(s) occur in mixed flocks here, but apparently [[underlined]] not [[/underlined]] simultaneously.

[[margin]] Gen [[/margin]] All this would suggest that Albi and Cy try to [[underlined]] avoid approaching one another here. Another [[/underlined]] example of the peculiar nature of the Diglossinie Social Complex here!!!!

[[margin]] Cy [[/margin]] The presence of the Cys and the Firebelly here appeared to stimulate
