Dear Mr. Hellmann:

My cousin Hugo Perls asked me to fill in two forms B in his behalf, one for himself, the other one for his sister, Mrs. Flatow, and send you both of them. Until now, I have not been able to get more than one Sample Information Sheet which I sent to the eldest son of Mr. Perls asking him to fill it in, because he knows better than I do the different data of his father's life. Going through the information he is giving I doubt if it may be right to mention Mrs. Kate Perls, from whom Mr. H. P. has been divorced. As long as she is to stay in France, this may increase his difficulty in getting a visa. As his occupation in this country, it seems better to me to give: art-dealing, because this business is a better promise of his making his living than a book on Plato.

Having finally got a Cuba-Visa for Mr. Perls and hoping he will be able to come over to this hemisphere very soon may be better to wait for his arrival. But if you are able to do something for the Visa he is expecting to allow him to enter this county, please let me know. Meanwhile I will try to get the forms from Washington.

Yours very sincerely,

(Signed) Curt Glaser
