Dear Dr. Buechner:

I am herewith enclosing the copies of Mrs. Morgan's letter for remittance system of $6,286.00 from Smithsonian Institution and of my reply to Mrs. Morgan.

As you will see in these copies, it is impossible for us to get money through your remittance system so I hope you will make a little change in the way of remittance very soon as I wrote to Mrs. Morgan.

I know that the check ($6,286.00) from Smithsonian Institution arrived at the Bank of Korea on December 3rd., but we can't get any money from this check until you will a special action for this. I am looking forward to your early arrangement for this matter.
