Dear Mr. Swetzoff:

I am replying to your letter of the 26th with the least possible delay.

We do have a number of beautiful French drawings within the price range you indicate. They are of the 16th, 17th, 18th, 19th and a few of the 20th century.

However, I am not enclosing photographs as I do not know whether your interest is limited to contemporary work only.

As soon as you send us word about this, we will be happy to forward you photographs. On the other hand we do not have any German drawings at the moment whatsoever.

Yours very sincerely,

Mrs. T. D. Parker
