Dear Lewis:

Just a line to inform you that our Picasso Exhibition about which I wrote you last spring has been called off for the time being and, therefore, we will not be able to use your Picasso, "L'Italienne" which you very kindly consented to lend us for this purpose.

Should we resume this exhibition at some future time, I will get in touch with you again.

With all good wishes,

As always -

Yours sincerely,

(Robert M. Levy)
