Dear Mr. Levy:

I just received from London the photograph of the Teniers "Interior Scene" which I am sending you enclosed. This picture is signed and dated 1645, and comes from the Collection of Lord Heytesbury, Heytesbury House, England. It was exhibited at the Royal Academy, London, in 1886, and is mentioned and reproduced in the Rodolphe Kann Catalogue, Vol. 1, page 30. The price at which we can offer it to you is $2,500., which I think is very low and which will give you a chance to make a profit.

If you are interested, it is certainly simple to have it sent over from London, although it will of course take some weeks.

As I am leaving New York next week for a few days, if you want the picture, please ring up Mr. Wildenstein who can settle the matter with you.

Yours sincerely,
