Germain Seligmann Galleries
5 East 57th Street
New York, N.Y.

Gentlemen:

The New York Infirmary is arranging a comprehensive show of Manet at the Wildenstein Galleries from February 25th till April 3rd, 1948.

I will greatly appreciate if it will be possible for you to give me some information about the whereabouts and eventual possibilities of obtaining the loans of the two Manets UN LAPIN from the Doucet Collection and the OLORON SAINTE MARIE, which I understand passed through your hands.

With many thanks in advance and very best wishes for the New Year,

Very sincerely yours,

Vladimir Visson,
Secretary to the Exhibition.
