Decbr. 1886, eingelegt am September 1897. Zu No. 14784, 15650, 15806, 16562/63, 17480, 18059/60 u. 18631 als von [[dem gleichen?]] Exemplar stammend geh?rig" Which translates as: "Plant No. 45 of the Sporophytes No. 12477/79 [[?]] Herbary from 7 Decbr. 1886, potted September 1897. No. 14784, 15650, 15806, 16562/63, 17480, 18059/60 and 18631 as belonging to the [[same?]] Specimen." No indication of the plants ultimate origin, so 'Country' is left as unknown. -@mnathan
