Wall in Herb "Wall" probably refers to Wallich, the person who described this species, and "in Herb" probably refers to the fact that it was part of an herbarium or botanical garden. The "Wallich's List" reference seems to refer to the Wallich Catalogue, at the Royal Botanic Garden, Edinburgh (http://wallich.rbge.info/). Entry No 34 in this catalogue does, indeed, refer to Lomaria secunda, but does not provide any more locality info (https://goo.gl/NkHxN5). -@mnathan
