(3).  From Captain Charles Bendire, U. S. A., 18 birds' nests from Oregon.

(4).  From Livingstone Stone, Charlestown, N. H., birds' nests and eggs from McCloud River, California.  (Including nest and four eggs of [[underline]]Dendroeca nigrescens[[/underline]], identification perfect!)
