This was excavated at the old Capital of Sianfu of Shensi Province and procured by the late Viceroy Tuan Fang. The decorations and engravings thereon are dragons and a variety of flowers in fine details, having also a coat of white mould mixed with green.

It was used by monarchs in the Chow Dynasty when offering prayers to Heaven in time of draught, dating back 2,800 years, but well preserved until today.
