Richard Blackwelder - Trips to the American West, 1960, 1962, 1964

About the Project

Two decades after his work in the West Indies in the 1930's, entomologist Richard Blackwelder was still studying insects, this time in the western United States. Join other digital volunteers to help us transcribe this field book of two separate trips in 1960 and 1962 and learn more about insects from a climate very different from the islands in which he had previously collected specimens.
