Respectfully forwarded. Miss Saunders represents herself as able to provide for her children with such assistance as they can render, being all but old enough to work. She desires they may be returned to her. The case is forwarded as one for immediate investigation. Dec 29 | | Dec 15 1865 Executive Case of Sarah Nelson N.C. New Berne N. Carolina Applied for possession of property now in the hands of Government One Enclo, Referred to the Secretary of War for investigation and such action as the circumstances permit.
